Located on the penthouse level of The Centre Escondido, Vintana offers stunning views of Escondido’s rolling hillside. Dine out on the expansive Lanai with fire pits or in the Main Dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking The Centre’s Fountain of Living Water.

The innovative Modern Cali-Cuisine menu crafted by Chef/Partner Deborah Scott and Executive Chef John Bacolod showcases contemporary flavors and unique presentations. Signature dishes include the Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna, Mary’s Chicken Roulade and Slow Braised Short Rib.
