The innovative Modern Cali-Cuisine menu crafted by Chef/Partner Deborah Scott and Executive Chef John Bacolod showcases contemporary flavors and unique presentations. Signature dishes include the Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna, Mary’s Chicken Roulade and Slow Braised Short Rib.
