Located on the penthouse level of The Centre Escondido, Vintana offers stunning views of Escondido’s rolling hillside. Dine out on the expansive Lanai with fire pits or in the Main Dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Escondido Valley.

The innovative Modern Cali-Cuisine menu crafted by Chef/Partner Deborah Scott and Executive Chef John Bacolod showcases contemporary flavors and unique presentations.
